Learning to make Youtube Thumbnails

You’ve seen those websites that have a part of another Youtube positioned on the Youtube you’re viewing and probably think you would need a special software or tool to accomplish the same thing on your own Youtube, right? Nope, far from it, it’s really quite an easy trick to do.
